For Adam Lambert's 29th birthday, he has requested fans make a donation to charity: water to help bring water to people around the world. It's a really worthy cause, so even if you're not a fan of Adam's but you're looking for a good cause to support please check it out. :o)

Info from the fan club:
The charity: water organization was formed four years ago with the goal to help bring clean, safe drinking water to developing nations. To date they've funded 3,811 water projects across the world, providing water for 1,742,331 people in 17 countries. In the four years since inception, charity: water also has raised more than $22 million to run their organization, launch educational campaigns and fund their water projects.

Clean, safe drinking water. It's something that a lot of us take for granted, but almost 1 billion people on the planet (1 in 8 of us) don't have access to it.

Unsafe water and lack of sanitation causes 80% of all diseases and kills more people than all forms of violence - including war. It's also responsible for the claiming the lives of 4,500 children per day.

It's a staggering statistic, especially when you find out $20 can give one person access to safe and clean water for 20 years.

That's why we'd like to encourage you to make a simple donation instead of sending Adam birthday gifts.

Why did it just start pouring? I was going to go out and walk, but maybe I'll wait a bit longer. lol.

Neat article - they asked Adam Lambert about his favorite artist and song for the year. Which reminds me that I still need to pick up that album! It says it's her fourth though, so apparently I need to pick up the 3rd as well. Oops!

My first YouTube videos! Not complete songs, but I was paranoid about security and it's hard to watch everything on screen. While not moving around too much - didn't succeed on that one, sorry for the movement! Only two uploaded so far.

So do I have to name the file what I want it to show when people go view it? I added Adam Lambert - Puyallup WA - 9/21/10, but all it shows is the MVI Strut or MVI Aftermath. Maybe it's just because I'm watching it while logged in?

Don't possess enough energy for a real update - will have to do that tomorrow. The Fair was awesome. Adam Lambert was absolutely incredible. His voice is always unbelievable, but live it's even more magical. How is that even possible?!

*happy sigh*

I hadn't seen the Sleepwalker performance on Jay Leno before, so this entry has it available. Very nice!

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Went home and planned on hiking, but instead rode horses with my sister. We ended up helping my uncle with the new cattle so they could learn the routine in a calm manner instead of all rush-rush today. It's really nice to have new cattle that aren't super flighty and looking to escape all the time. Nate had a great time even though he had to be tied up when we were working with the cattle. He gets tunnel hearing really badly. lol. Checkers is really nice around cattle - pays attention but doesn't get all wired.

Picked up some flowers and a card for Heather. Not much but at least it's something nice to come home to after being on a fabulous vacation. *G*

Haven't been online much for a bit, and too tired to recap the weekend. Will do that tomorrow and catch up on comments. :)

So in the meantime, some Adam Lambert videos. lol. turning out to be a number of them, but they're all new to me. ^__^

Today was unbelievably hectic, but really overall it was still decent. Non stop, but not horrid, you know? lol. It basically took all day to post payments and send out claims, which is bizarre since I was only gone a day and a half! So tomorrow will be all preauths. Oh joy!! ;D

Good thing it's Friday tomorrow. That's all I gotta say.

Well, that and I'm really bummed that the Portland concert is sold out for Adam Lambert. Going to keep checking, but so far no luck. Driving up to Seattle or even Puyallup is just a bit much, especially mid week. Darnit.
