hear my name, take a look, this could be the day
Man...m2 is doing an Unplugged Marathon thing...Pearl Jam is on!! YAY!!!! But it also sucks, cuz I have no blank tape to tape it. *sobs* Still, it's awesome to see the band and see some of the older songs. Talk about intense. Eddie Vedder personifies that word. Ack, now it's over. *sigh*
Since I'm on the music theme...I must say I am so looking forward to seeing what the combination of Chris Cornell and the remaining RATM members will sound like. I hope that album comes out next year, I'm missing Chris' songs. New ones, I mean. :) And, I read in AP that Orgy is coming out with a new album next...I mean, this year! YAY! Should be awesome. They said they were going to be more rocky, rather than electronic, which should be awesome. I am craving some good strong rock lately. And while I normally don't like remix albums, I may have to pick up Linkin Park's remix album when it comes out. I love their album, and would think they'd do a great remix.
I need to replace the first Fiona Apple album. I think it must have gotten grabbed when that idiot stole some stuff from our place. Cuz we can't find it, and now I'm absolutely craving listening to that album. And...may just pick up the 2nd one while I'm at it.
Has anyone gotten Poe's album with the remix of "Hey, Pretty" on it? I know it was a rumor that it was to be released, but never have heard more than that. I may have to get that too...I love that remix. Awesome. I wish Poe would stop releasing the remix though!!! Or at least definitely put it on the album. Cuz it sucks to not get it.
KoRn is supposed to be releasing a new album soon too. YAY. I am definitely looking forward to that.
I hate starting out the day tired. Better get going. Got a million things to do and absolutely no drive to do it. Isn't that fun? *nods* Yep, yep.
