Well. The computer at home is up and running, but everything is weird. The type is HUGE and I can't find out where to shrink it. Makes it hard to read the webpages, because they're all over the place. Argh. But, at least we're online again. No complaints there. :)

Had a good afternoon. Went to Walmart and bought Fiona Apple's album, because CDWorld's was $18!! Can you imagine??? But, got her 2nd one there. Now I just need to listen to them. We went to the UBS and I got some books. Yay! None of the ones I was really craving, of course, but some good ones. Need to go out to B&N while they have that extra 10% thing going on...I could really use that. I am so very glad they finally did a 'club' type card thing. Good, good news.

Pizza for dinner. Life is good. Brownies, too. Life is very good.

I have no idea. Where do I look for that? I just changed the screen "area" to 800 x 600 pixels...now it's almost too small and painful to read. O.o

What browser are you using? If you've got a mouse with a scroll wheel, see if you can hold Ctrl and turn the scroll wheel. Or, if you've got IE do View --> Text Size. These are basically the same options, just done differently.

Thanks, James! I IM'd Mandy and she helped me get it where it's readable. All that fun resizing of stuff. Appreciate the help though! And I would LOVE one of those neat little mouses. I have one with the scroll wheel at work and it's wonderful. I have that on my want list for the computer at home. ^_^

Glad we were able to fix it

most of the time when you get your computer fixed, they leave the resolution on 640x480, which is not the industry standard anymore for webpages.

Just IM me if you ever have any questions because as you can tell, I am a HUGE geek..

hehe

I totally appreciate it! Nothing wrong with a bit of geekiness, we all have it. Just in different strengths. Thanks again! *huggles*
