Biography is running a thing on the Wonder Years. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed that show. I love shows like that -- they feel real, they have laughter, tears and everything in between.

It actually rained a bit tonight!! Whooo! The clouds were looking very threatening, but I wasn't sure it was actually going to rain since it had been hours with no sign of precipitation. Now, mind you, in February I'll be wishing for sunshine and no rain, but right now we need it both physically and mentally. Lovely, lovely rain. :o)

Ended up not going to town before the dental appointment this afternoon, none of the movies started early enough to make it. Well, none that I had listings for, the budget theatre wasn't listed on yahoo today. Ggrrr. Oh well. No biggie. Maybe later this week. Guess it's not that important to me right this second.

i LOVED that show!

looking back on my own younger years... it was so weird...

...in junior high there was three of us that "hung out" together. me, the brown-haired girl with glasses; J., who was the geek with thick glasses; and C., who was short and had brown hair. And yes, he had a crush on me.

:-P

sorry. random babbling. i would *so* love to get that show on DVD...

LOL, that is so cool that you guys matched up like that! Life can be so interesting that way.

hehe, no worries! Random babbling is a good thing!

And yeah, that show on DVD would rock!! Though, then I'd want Family Ties and the Cosby Show, and so on... Nostalgia. It'll get you every time. ^__~

i absolutely loved that show..it got me through the first year of junior high without feeling like a complete freak from another planet. i try and catch reruns whenever possible, and most episodes usually never fail to get me teary or, at least, yank my heartstrings..

That's so cool to know others loved it as well. It definitely helped to show that everyone has things they are dealing with..and it did it in such a good way. It's actually surprising thinking about it now how very heartbreaking it often could be, and yet, totally uplifting as well. *hugs*
