Well, didn't get as much done tonight as I thought I would. Get majorly distracted by searching for images, and then found ones with glitter. LOL.
I'm all for sparkles and glitter and such, but WHY do almost all the myspace images have sparkles at 500x speed? They make my eyes hurt especially when there's a fair amount of them. Pretty much avoid myspace, but found a neat graphic site for them. If you close your eyes between each image it's okay. Some are really awesome.
It's impossible not to love Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger too. But one of my favorite characters is Eeyore, even though his grey and gloomy outlook is not my usual one. Still, he's irresistible and huggable.
So in honor of Eeyore, here's a sparkly image. ^__^

so far away, so far away...
May. 10th, 2007 09:29 pmIs it easier to learn how to knit or crochet? Or perhaps the question is which is less stressful to learn? lol. I can't imagine doing anything super fancy at this moment, but something simple like scarves would be kind of fun.
Got the coolest storage box at the grocery store today! It was only $5 and is actually decent sized, so if there are more there next week I'll get another one. Storage that is functional and pretty is the best kind.
So glad tomorrow is Friday. I'm so tired. Though, really, I'm not sure this weekend will be relaxing as it involves staying over at different people's houses both nights and a lot of travel in between. lol. Oh well! It shall be fun regardless. ^___^

lidi just finished a gorgeous animated lost mood theme. Beautiful work! If you want to see the entire preview or get it for yourself, see her post.
Speaking of lost, I've given up on the remainder of this season. I'm just going to have to watch it on dvd when it comes out. I got to be four or five episodes behind and it just was ridiculous. It took me three weeks to make it through the first ep back! That's the one problem with watching it over at someone else's house. Oh well, I'd eventually get the dvd anyway so it's not a huge deal.
Let me tell you, parking at the hospital absolutely sucks. I was late for my appointment, but I did find out that one parking lot over actually has valet parking, so next year I won't be late. You'd think 10-15 minutes would be enough to find a spot, but holy cow they were all full in the main lot.
Otherwise, the day has been uneventful and nice. Also, Odwalla's pomegranate and oat bar is pretty good. Not necessarily my favorite, but far better than cardboard like most of those healthy bars. *G*

LOL. Also came across a hysterical Kingdom Hearts in Power Ranger style type vid. I've not seen that much PR, but this was great fun to watch! ^___^

Ok, last one. You know that SNL skit where the guys are "dancing" in the car? (and the bar, and everywhere...) Anyway, this is that skit in the car, with a few KH guys' heads pasted over top of that. In true SNL fashion it goes a tiny bit long, but this one is only a minute so it's still not too bad. ;D

Today wasn't bad, but the best thing about today was that we had pizza for lunch. Not only that, but they ordered Papa's barbeque chicken pizza which is my absolute favorite! YUM.
