buzzworthy...right.

Got the afternoon off, which was very much needed. Took the dogs hiking again as planned....however, they tried to kill themselves of heatstroke by running off for 20 minutes chasing after who knows what. O.o So...spent 45 minutes chilling out in the shade and slowly going towards home, before we could actually head home. Silly dogs, but thankfully they're fine. Will have to dig my whistle up again so that they can hear me and return more quickly! Other than that, it was a nice hike. Got to see a snake!!! It was the size of a garter snake but colored more like a rattlesnake...brown on brown and blotchy rather than striped. Will have to see if the pictures turn out so I can ask the snake knowledgeable people what it was. :o) I'm guessing it was a baby rattlesnake, but I'm actually kind of hoping it wasn't...hehe. O.o
