How did it get to be 10:30 already???
Today's been weird. Woke up at ELEVEN this morning! O.o I never sleep in that late, and didn't actually stay up that late either. So that threw my whole day off kilter. Ended up going over to Grandma's for lunch...had tamale pie and potato salad. YUM!
Then Mom and I went out looking at places for sale....went to an open house for a cute little place....it's an older mobile home that's had an addition added on so it's a double wide. But my uncle said mobile homes are hard to work on electrically, and stuff, so now we're not sure if it's worth getting interested in. Will have to think about it. And the lovely little white house that I LOVE doesn't fit our budget, damnit. Somehow, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't consider an $80,000 reduction, anyway. ;D Too bad, it's an adorable house with a huge yard, but that yard will require a HUGE amount of work to get it in shape again, so it's too bad theres not a bigger reduction for it. Ugh. Oh well. Sometimes I hate looking for big-ticket items like this...it's so exciting to be looking and so utterly depressing at the same time.
Ahh. Oh well. We're still not giving up on the other place, just skittering around while waiting to hear back on the loan, and then waiting to see what sort of offer they'll accept, and seeing if we love something else more......aaarrrgggggghhhhh. The grass is always greener on the other side, y'know. *sigh*
Anyway, with all of that and then the grocery shopping and all, didn't get out and walk today. Must do so tomorrow, who knows if I'll get a chance midweek this week.
