Here are two pictures of our Betta, Beast. They didn't turn out all that clear, but you can see his coloration at least. Will eventually get a good, clear picture of him! Just need patience. :o)

Pics of my last three dragon items turned out. Whooo!

(The Dragon with Tealight, the Dragon and Castle Oil Lamp, and the gift statue were pictured. Edited out in December as the pictures have been deleted.)

One of these days I'll remember to change which journal I'm posting too BEFORE I forget. *G*

Watched an old Drew Barrymore movie this morning. Nutty movie. The bad guy turned out to be the one I suspected, too. Yay! I'd have survived that movie. ^__~

This one is sunsets and clouds. Some are repeats of what I''m going to post to [livejournal.com profile] sky_light, but a couple are the complete picture instead of the sky only version. :o)

Open, Sesame )

*sigh*

I love this song. Listened to it all year and I still love it.

Mmmm. Anyway, it's been a wonderful morning. Got caught up on some things online this morning, then took the dogs for a hike. It was so foggy and beautiful! It's interesting how cocooned you feel when you're walking out in a fog covered forest. It was nice and relaxing, mentally. Decided to go up the trail I normally just come down, because I had a much better chance of not getting completely soaked as the normal trail up you have to push your way through most of the fir branches. Makes for a nice change. We even got to see a flurry of quail at the top of the trail! ::whirr zrrrr:: as they flew by--was pretty darn cool. The grassy part of the trail wasn't fun, because I got soaked clear up to my knees. Nothing like the *squish, squish* of soaked shoes. lol. It mostly dried out by the time I turned around, just in time to repeat on the way back home. ^__^ Ahhh, but it was wonderful. I love how everything looks--all covered in water drops and drifted in fog.

Mmmm. Then came home to a hot shower and some hot cocoa to warm back up. *happy sigh* It's a good start to the day. Going to have to stop procrastinating this afternoon and get some work done on the Coding class with Cynthia. I rather hate to have to go in to the office on my vacation, BUT if we can get through a big chunk of the class this afternoon and maybe tomorrow it will be worth it. Feeling hopeful about it, because in theory we won't be distracted by phone calls and such. heh. It would be nice, we've got less than a month left now.
