the sky was bruised...
Jun. 3rd, 2007 07:14 pmWell, it's been a fun and productive weekend for the most part. I made a dent in packing up my room. I was going to say a serious dent, but in looking around my room...well, it's still a serious dent, but there's still quite a bit to go. The hard part is deciding what you do need to keep current for a month (or two, if setup takes a while) and what can be packed up early. I need to restock on boxes from work, though, as I only have two left. Books are heavy!! So I basically lined all the boxes with a layer of books and have a couple of small boxes that are books only. I apparently have amazing skills of organizing books in bookshelves, because I have NO CLUE how they fit in my bookshelves! LOL.
Housemates are due back tonight, which while it's been fun to have a weekend at home without worrying about being quiet in the morning and getting to watch some tv, it will be nice not to have to deal with their dogs at 5:45 in the morning. Both mornings!! Despite the dogs normally not getting up until 9 when the bf goes to work. *sigh*
Man, looking over at my empty bookshelves and bare wall is kind of creepy. heh. Weird how that works, isn't it?
Guess I'd better go scrounge up something for dinner. The caramel popcorn at 3 is not going to cut it. :o)
