The icons were made for me, and don't represent a demographic sampling of my squirrels. ;) However, all the squirrels I get around my deck are fox squirrels - big red ones with bushy tails - which are not native to CA but were introduced. The native gray ones prefer the woods and parks. The fox squirrels like backyards, birdfeeders, and soft-touch humans with walnuts.
