My first reaction? WTF!!??!! What an extreme over reaction - and what about TOS stating that there will be steps taken before the final decision being to delete a journal/comm? Apparently it doesn't apply anymore.
Above all that warrior whatever website is not only scary (as the LJ result atest too) but STUPID! Announcing how you're going to get things deleted and all that - way to warn the actual criminals.
'Cause if I was a criminal? I'd be keeping track of such sites to stay ahead of 'em, if they're going to be foolish enough to telegraph their moves.
