heh, weird, both mom and sis thought today was Friday! They're quite disappointed it wasn't. I would be too! As it is, I'm just happy tomorrow is Friday. And a half day to boot! YAY! Going to get the scanning done that I've been not finding time for doing.
Got complimented today at work, which is ALWAYS nice. Rebecca said I'm doing really well at learning the p/a's, and she said that best of all, I've got the common sense part of it. She said that's great because you can learn everything else but common sense is more of a blueprint thing. Well, that's not exactly what she said, I forget if it was inborn or some other thing. lol. Still. It was super to hear, cuz I've been a bit stressed out about it. Keeping up fairly well, but I'm having a hard time keeping up on the phone call aspect of the billing part. Ugh. And Cynthia and I got volunteered to take an online Coding Class over the next two months....starting as soon as we can get her email activated. It's exciting and overloading at the same time.
Daisy was at work today, good to see her again. I went in to tell Ingrid something and then Daisy asks me if I ever get angry. LOL. I'm all, uhm, yeah? She was sorta shocked and then asked if anyone ever got angry at me, since she couldn't imagine it. ROFL. Then she asked me if I'd say anything if I was in a huge line and someone cut in front of me (not an accident). Unfortunately, I had to say probably not. I'd like to, but I can't imagine it...I mean, if it was an accident, sure, but a guaranteed confrontation with someone bold enough to cut in? I don't think so. heh. She said she kind of figured that'd be what I said. She's funny--I always thought she was a little reserved/cold, but I think she's just quiet until she knows you for a while. She invited me and Nate out to the dog park any Sunday, but since that's one of the nights I see Heather and Michael, it's highly unlikely to happen for a while. Still, could be fun, if Nate behaves anyway. Maybe, we'll see. Still need to get his rabies tag updated so he's legal though, in appearance as well as action.
Anyway, it was an interesting day at work in those aspects. Lots and lots of calls, but no nasty tempered people.
Oh, found out that different people make blended mochas a whole lot stronger. Eewwwwwwww. Couldn't finish it. Next time I'm trying a white chocolate mocha, and maybe even add caramel to it. Drown out any coffee taste, that's my motto. *G* It sure looked a lot more palatable, though!
