couch_to_5k, which I ignored yesterday. lol. Checked it out today, though, and while a 5K is not on my goal list currently they do have a lot of good info in there. Especially tips on how to avoid shin splints and side stitches, which are the main reasons I don't even try to run anymore. So maybe I'll try it again!
Have been walking 3-4 times a week lately, more when it works out. It's not the most dramatic type of workout, but it feels good to be out of the house and being physical. Nate misses the hiking, but that isn't as convenient for a lot of reasons. Hunting season and the rain will start soon enough and make it impossible to go hiking soon anyway.
Sooooo glad tomorrow is Friday. Why is it the short weeks are so intense? All in all today was good. Just mentally exhausting. lol.
