I'm going to post before reading my friends entries! A once in six months event. *VBG* I'm afraid I won't have time to get all of them read, so this way I'll at least recap the day and then catch up tomorrow with everyone.
Today was one of the absolute longest days in memory. And not in the wonderful, I'm oh-so-glad this day isn't ending type of way. hehe. But, it wasn't just me, it was everyone at work that felt the same way. But that's okay because it ended up fantastic.
Heather called and said she felt more like going out for dinner than breakfast this week, and her Mom volunteered to watch Michael, so we went out to McGrath's. Mmmmmmmmmm. Such delicious food. And our waiter's name was Angel. hahah! Had a lovely dinner and relaxed for a wee bit, then came to her place. She's picking up Michael right now.
I feel like going to sleep right now, but it's MUCH too early for that. Will go to bed early tonight though, I can tell already. Half asleep. lol. Saw a terrific sunset on the way out here though! Gorgeous oranges and reds. I tried snapping a couple pics but it felt really far away. We'll see how they turn out.
