Today has been one of those days when it's incredibly long and dragged out...but still ends up being a good day. Got caught up on transcription, made several hours of phone calls this afternoon, and still managed to leave work early enough to go walking before dark. YAY! Walked clear down to the bridge and back in half an hour. Stood on the bridge and watched the river go by. That's a heady feeling. Or maybe it's just me. LOL. I get dizzy watching the water go by so fast...and deep, and then you see the currents eddy in spots and wonder what's underneath. *shiver* But, still, it's awesome to see. I have a love/fear relationship with water. It's beautiful and still scares me to death. lol.



hmmmm. Watching Buffy currently. Maybe I should have paid more attention to it, but right now it's seeming a bit weird is all. Should have taped it so I could focus on it and enjoy it. *G* Invisibleness? Hmmm. :)

The other night I bought this awesome incense burner. It's basically a wine bottle that's all frosted over, and has a wolf howling at the moon etched out of the frost. Very pretty. It's a nice charcoal color. And...I have actually managed the trick of making the incense burn. LOL. I never did get those cone things to work, so I'm liking this *much* better. ^_^

I do not know why I put off buying Fiona's "When the Pawn..." for so long. I am totally loving it. (Could it have something to do with the fact I didn't totally love the single? Yeah, probably so. *G*) Anyway, here's one of my fave songs off of it:

It simply rocks. I'm at the point that I want Buffy to finish so I can turn the music back up. lol. Bad, bad me.

Today...reservations are made! YAY! I am so ready to travel. Months in advance! Holy cow, it's a record. *G* Now just to survive for four months mentally. lol. I shall think positive. Plus, I feel so very good after walking tonight..I need to get back into it more regularly. I miss hiking with the dogs on the weekends. I need to start hiking again whether or not I really feel like it..or it's raining. But it's just so hard sometimes. Ahh. Well. As the saying says "Just Do It." Mmm. Ok. *mimics a bobbing head dog*

O.o Nekkid Spike. Niiiice. Invisible Buffy is now hysterical. ;)

Hmm. Well, I had something else I was going to say and I no longer remember what it was. Sooo..that's it. G'nite.

I love vampires, but that Buffy show is so... weird. I liked the movie, but I am utterly lost wen it comes to that show. It's not very "new watcher" friendly. Oh, well...

I can totally understand that feeling. I started watching during the second season, so I wasn't *too* lost. I can't imagine trying to start in this season. I saw the movie a while back...that was funny. Different, but cute. Myself, I prefer the show but that's cuz it's what I'm used to...and I like all the extra characters. I miss Seth Green's werewolf character though. He was cool.
