dragon_moon: buckskin horse (eye by gimmie)
A few weeks ago we bought a 'christmas' cactus at the grocery store, and it's now blooming. I believe it's a zygo catcus, or some such z type of cactus. It's absolutely beautiful.

oh, pretty!

we picked up two of those last week ... they still are in the budding stage, though there's one flower that has bloomed:

Oh! That is so pretty! And it's such an unusual color, at least from the ones we saw. I like it lots! Please do share a picture when they're blooming more, if you're able! ^__^

Is yours one you've had for a while? Maybe they forced this one a bit earlier or something. I hope it comes back, cacti usually do as far as I know, and this style is a really pretty one. I do my best to avoid the really fine spined ones...they tend to jump out and attack you. ;o)

And thank you! *hugs*
