There's only one picture but I'm cutting it because it's wide. It's a bit on the fuzzy side (I think it focused on the barn instead of the steers..silly digital!), but I like it because of the steers and the old barn in the background...
LOL. Methinks the lady doth protest once too often. *g* I'd dearly love to visit Australia, but I don't really know where I'd want to go. I have somewhat of a friend in Perth, but it really would be cool to get to see the Australian Zoo in Queensland (simply because it's connected to the Crocodile Hunter and I love his shows & think it'd be neat to see the zoo itself...). Ahh. Guess it doesn't matter right now cuz it's quite a ways in the future if it does happen. ^___^
It's a long way from Perth to Brisbane. About a week on the bus.
North Queensland is spectacular, with the Great Barrier Reef and all the islands. I also think the red center is well worth a visit, including Alice Springs and Uluru. And of course I am partial to the top end, in and around Darwin, capital of the Northern Territory, which is the fair dinkum Crocodile Dundee full on tropical country.
It all sounds spectacular. If I ever have opportunity to make it over there, I hope it's for an extended period of time so I can fully luxuriate in the visit. The thought of a long, long plane ride over the ocean freaks me out a little, but it's something I'd deal with if the miraculous visit ever happens. ^___^
