Hmm. That's a nice outlook. I shall endeavor to adopt it. *G*
One more thought before we get to the silliness. :o)
Stressless Thinking
Make a list of everything you have to do. Then take care of the easiest items on the list. You'll stop the cycle of helplessness and give yourself a boost in the right direction. Or perhaps the sense of having too much to do makes you speed around like a maniac, doing a bit of everything and getting nothing done completely or well. When I find myself in this place, I've learned to say to myself: "I have all the time I need to do this." It really works! Somehow the mental ease it creates makes it possible for me to do whatever is needed in a timely, yet non-rushed, fashion.~365 health & happiness boosters by M.J. Ryan.
Very interesting. I should work on that more, cuz I sort of did it today while walking...and after a bit felt much, much better. Course....walking til I was numb and cold sorta helped too. *giggle* Went further down the river...it gets beautiful. Can't wait til summer when the gates are all open and can go even further. So peaceful. Quite a relief, and actually, so was a touch of grocery shopping and...actual cooking. LOL. Okay, okay...it was from a box. But it was still yummy. :o) I'll get back to actually cooking again later...maybe after this weekend. The baby shower's this weekend! yay!
