Today was a strange day. Woke up feeling rested (shock!) and then left for work amidst sunshine. Go to the attorney's office and then to my office, everything is beautiful. A little while later someone comes back to my section and says 'OH! Look at the snow!' and it IS SNOWING! Big huge floaty snowflakes. It was beautiful, but none of them even stuck. Maybe up on the hills, but not downtown or even at home. Then a bit later it's back to sunshine. Go out for lunch and then it starts hailing...lol. Bouncing all over the place. Then more sunshine until this evening, when it went all grey. Just gotta love that feeling of not knowing what it's going to do minute by minute. ^__^
Speaking of work, things are going pretty well. I'm finally getting through the ancient pile of callbacks too and getting less overwhelmed by the small stuff. Whew. I wish my phone would get here soon though, it's been so VERY nice not having to share the phone this week. lol. We have our Fire/Earthquake/Bomb Threat or other Violence Evacuation Plans up now. O.o Kind of freaky, but it's good to finally have a blueprint for what to do...our (only) fire drill a while back...was not good. So, I'm pretty sure we'll be having a drill again one of these days. Fun, fun.
Tired. But tomorrow is Friday. If it's not going all wonky weather on Saturday I'll take the dogs for another hike. I've missed getting to go all the time and I'm looking forward to having more daylight at night so I can walk after work as well as the weekends.
Oh, hey. Does anyone read the CrossGen comics? Saw an article on their new format that's coming out...five different issues in a single TPB. It sounds interesting, but it could be a biased article. lol. So just checking.
