i see from greater heights, i understand what I am still to proud to mention to you....

Today has been a good day. Slept in, which felt great. Then got to spend a bit of time catching up online and stuff. Then started in on the kitchen...simple matter of moving the cookbooks from a cupboard to on top of the refrigerator. HAH!

Of course it wasn't that simple. The STUPID mice have been all over that cupboard and ONE DIED ON TOP OF ONE OF MY books. O.o AUUUGGGHHH. But, it hasn't been that long ago, so I just thoroughly disinfected that book (well, and the rest of them too). heh. Anyway..(after a wonderful break of going out to lunch with the family at Sizzler...YUM, and grocery shopping), after several hours of work the cupboards are all disinfected and totally rearranged. Then since I was in that mode I cleaned out the pantry too and made things (hopefully) easier to see. We can hope. ^__^

Anyway, due to all that and the rain, didn't go hiking today. So shall have to try to make it tomorrow. Dinner is finished, so I have to go eat now. It smells good, so hope it's as good as it smells. Some sort of tortilla/taco casserole. *g* Just love new stuff.
