Aug. 9th, 2002 07:29 pmWhew. The work week is over. I'm officially happy about that! The day just would not end. Though it flew that last hour when I'm trying to get things balanced, that darn phone would NOT stop ringing. Aghhhh! Call earlier, people! Please!
Tomorrow we'll go to the Scandi Festival. Not doing much except eating really, though, since we'll be spending basically all day at the Fair on Tuesday. Whoooo! Fun week! Even with having to work on Monday. lol.
Took what felt like forever to drive home tonight, because after the beltline there was utility work that you had to creep by...then we crawled along at 5-10 mph for a mile or two to get past the wreck at the next intersection. Ugh! Poor smashed up trucks. But there didn't appear to be any people hurt, at least. And then home, sweet home.
Read the review in the paper for the XXX movie, and they actually gave it a pretty decent review. Yay! That's good to hear. I want to see it, at some point anyway. Might end up waiting for it to hit the budget theatre though, as much as I despised the ending of his last movie. *g* Might not be able to wait that long though.
