I wish the damn telemarketers would stop calling. I know it takes a while for the DNC thing to take effect, but if they're going to call please at least LEAVE A MESSAGE! The freakin' hangups are about to drive me crazy. Been coming home to 8 MESSAGES a night! And have had five already today. Gah.

That's awful. I get those sometimes. It's the worst to think you have a message, and then play it and there's nothing there.

Yes, that's just it. You think you have an important call left for you and instead it's just hangups. Ggrrrr. Oh well, soon there won't be any more...just looking forward to that time really strongly. hehe. *huggles*

This is why I don't have a phone hooked up in my house. I've been landline free for about 6 months....and it has been WONDERFUL!!!

I use my cell for any calling I need to do. :)

Wow, that is really cool! Glad it's working out for you like that. Wouldn't work for me, cuz then I'd have no computer. *cries* There is no such beastie as broadband out here in the country and satellite's cost is quite prohibitive. Sooo....thank goodness for the do not call list once it's activated for real. ^___^

Oh, I still have the computer hooked up to the phone line....I just don't have any phones hooked up to it. :)
