It's still raining. Nice! So much cooler it's actually quite lovely. Other than it royally messing up the riding schedule, anyway. heh.

Woke up with a headache and it mostly went away...until the afternoon and it's been vaguely throbbing ever since. Ugh. Hateful.

Half day tomorrow--going to pick up the Bic Runga albums that I ordered and pay the insurance for my truck. whoohoo. ;o)

You know I was just thinking the same thing. Aside from the hitchhiker thing I've been enjoying the rain. It didn't rain hard. Just enough to cool everything off and make the world look shiny. Very refreshing.

Yes, that's it exactly. A very nice change. I know I'll be complaining about it by February but right now the rain is quite lovely. Funny how good dust smells when it's rained on, as well. lol.

Mmm. I'm so bad at categorizing things. Rock, but not remotely heavy. She has a gorgeous voice and interesting lyrics, and seeing the band live was so awesome last year. They opened up for Gaelic Storm and we HAD to listen to them after that. Our friend got us a copy of the album, and now I've ordered both albums to actually have them. :o)

Bic Runga's website (http://www.bicrunga.com/precious/thing.html) has links to the lyrics and will play the songs. My favorites so far are Sway, Drive and another one that I don't yet know the name for that talks about Concrete Colored Skies. Beautiful. (That's the horrible thing about getting a copy without any names or antyhing!) My computer sucks so I haven't tried listening to any of the ones I don't have yet. Should have more to recommend after payday. *G*

P.S. Do you know that your "Post a comment" box doesn't show up if you click on read comments instead of post a comment at the bottom of your entries? You probably changed this on purpose, but thought I'd let you know anyway. I almost always click on "read comments" and then post my own from there, but you can't do that now on yours. XD

I think it's part of the component style..at least, I didn't mean to click anything to change it. I usually read comments before posting as well, and on the other component pages I've been on you have to go to the bottom of the posted entry and click whatever they've changed their 'post reply' link to, instead of the LJ link that says 'post comment'. Thanks for letting me know! But I don't know that there's anything to change since all the component pages seem to be set up like that... ^__^

Everything's been really slow lately, it's really kind of irritating. heh. No clue, I'll have to look through the options again and see if I accidentally checked something off.
