This was from last summer. It covers the entire section where they had planted douglas fir trees and so now it grows amongst the trees. I hope that it lasts when the trees get even taller, because it's rather pretty.
I'm not too sure that this is it, because I don't recall big berries like are pictured. However, the second (far away) shot does look like this plant. Hmmm. Interesting. I shall pay more attention next year!
