Wow. Today was almost non-stop phone calls. In and out. Makes for a very, very long day. Mostly good, though.
I think I forgot to post the other day about my review! It went well, overall. Getting a raise, which is always nice. If I pass the test this fall I'll get another raise. Whoooo!! D complimented me on being very balanced between staff and management and said that she's seen me trying to support both sides with a 'wait and see what happens rather than freak out' type explanation. I have no clue when I've done that, never mind when she's heard it. But okay. I like the compliment. I do my best to be tactful and kind, so it must be something related to that. They wanted examples of some breakdowns of communication in our office or areas that could be improved and i was all, "uhm" and blanked out. lol.
Guess what? Tomorrow is FRIDAY. lol.
