I'm a Lifer!

To you, a job is what pays the bills. You put in your hours, follow the rules, and then go home. Occasionally, you consider quitting, but then you think of how bad the job market is and you reconsider. Whatever happiness you get, you get from your life outside the workplace. Relationships, family, hobbies, and outside creative pursuits are what really matter to you. You're probably taking this test at work because you don't have anything better to do.
Talent: 28%
Lifer: 67%
Mandarin: 49%
Take the Talent, Lifer, or Mandarin quiz.
What's sad is that it's all true (except the taking the quiz at work part). My biggest problem is that my interests don't usually coincide with an income you can live on well. So, this certainly isn't my dream job but it's good for the most part. Though I've noticed lately that I'm either getting a lot more cranky callers or I'm crankier and notice it more. I need to learn how to stop trying to explain the situation after the first one or two attempts, and just say "I'll refer your chart and issue to my manager" so that things don't just continue degenerating in our call. Though, I really do believe that if you don't say "No worries! I'll write off your bill no matter the reason or how much it is!!!!" they'll get pissy. ;D
Anyway, other than that one call today was really good. I thought that I'd managed to escape yesterday's 90 minute hike without more than an occasional twinge, but today's neighborhood walk with Nate proved me wrong. lol. Oh well!
