I'm a little disappointed that they gave so little info on the porcupine being a spirit animal. They were far more detailed about the cougar and how it related to the person. Oh well. Obviously, nobility was the key point for that.

Anyhoo, I have always been a bit intrigued by porcupines and think they're kind of cool. (Except when they've nailed your animals, who don't learn from their experience so it's not entirely the porcupine's fault...)
