Ever notice that there's some types of music that can relay the most heartbreaking stories in such an upbeat manner?? The Irish are good at that, for sure. And Loreena McKennitt's Celtic tinged album, the book of secrets...is much like that too. Borrowed my friend's copy...man. Actually read the notes, and got all sad. Especially the Highwayman. Ack!!!!!!!!

Read a very cool book too, one that I got at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. It's Shared Spirits by Dennis L. Olson...about wildlife and native americans and how everything is all interconnected. Must reread it again, but the overview was highly interesting. Shall have to see if I can find any notes about it online, next time I have time for a search...nice outlook, though.
