Not sure that this layout will last very long, but hearts and daisies totally hit my funny bone today!

I know how to get the divider between entries, but does anyone know how to add the image to the subject line? Like the hearts on this layout? I wish more layouts had fun stuff like that. :o)

Thank you! I liked the colors but it was really hard to read on some computers. *G* Surprisingly there aren't a ton of Adam Lambert layouts out there, so this will have to do until I can find my notes on headers. LOL.
