The full moon is on the 24th, right? Just realized the night of the LJ meet is the night before...is that a good thing? hehe. Just kidding! :o)

I've not actually read an actual book since going to Michigan. Amazing, and I don't like it!! lol. I've read comics and magazines and anything else short, but not had time or energy for a novel. Finally picked up Face the Fire and am going to read that this weekend. *happy sigh*

Lois (from the tv show Lois & Clark...Terri Hatcher?) is on Frasier tonight....pretty darn cool!

Work today was practically ALL phone calls. O.o My oh-so-favorite thing, you know. But, I'm ever so slowly getting more assertive on the phone. It does help when you actually know what you're talking about though, had a weird call the other day, but I can't exactly push my way through something when I don't know where the facts actually lie...ahhh, oh well, it worked out well in the call back. heh. So despite having not enjoyed the phone my whole life, I'm actually surviving the experience of being on it at least half the day. Oh, joy! Creating new boundaries. Yesh. It's oh-so-good-for-you. And I'm not being all sarcastic, really. *G*

One of the biggest humps I had to get over in my job is the constant phone calls coming in and going out. I used to HATE talking on the phone...i mean just absolutley detest it. Even now I'd rather talk to someone face to face rather than call them but I still find myself on the phone for at least half of all the work i do on a daily basis.

hehe, thanks. Wish the phone wasn't such a huge part of our jobs. Hopefully you at least get to talk to nice people. The majority of the time, the people I deal with are nice enough, it's just the ones who aren't are rather memorable. ^__^

My sis is more like you - she'd rather drive in the half hour to town to physically see if someone/something is in, rather than just call them. Drives me crazy. lol.
