hehe, I'm trying to switch to Excuse Me or Pardon Me for some of those things, that you want to say something, but Sorry is what I say out of habit. Something to change, because sometimes people make a big deal about saying it's not your fault, and that's not really what I'm meaning even...just habit. So....stop it, self!!!

-NEVER appologize for how you are feeling. It's who you are. I stuggle with that a lot, as well.

Yeah, it's hard sometimes. I think I allow everyone else so many things that I kind of squeeze myself out of room. Gotta stop it. "Because, gosh darn it, I'm worth it!" LOL. One of my fave SNL skits ever. I'm actually becoming open to the idea of having actual feelings of self-worth, and it's so amazing. ^__^
