Today was pretty good. Gave Malinda two of the Dragonriders of Pern books so she could look at names for her Neopolitan puppy. She was pretty excited and said she may just read the book too. LOL. I said that's great, I love them. Statements flew by this morning and I got out of there at 9:30. Amazing. Hopefully tomorrow will go well, too.
Started to get a little stressed at work, but hopefully things will look better tomorrow. I have all the tapes caught up except for Dr. K's one...so there's hope for tomorrow. ^_^ The frustrating part is being able to find the old charts for the old missed stuff...where do they go hide?? It's not like we have a dryer at work to steal the socks and the charts...y'know. *g*
We have a poster at work that's really cool. Dorky, but cool. lol. My favorite lines from it go something like this:
Smile at people. It may be the only sunshine they see that day.
Friends are like beautiful gardens: They require regular care.
Why not pick yourself a bouqet instead of expecting it from someone else?
Anyway, they're phrased prettier than that on the poster. I just don't feel flowery and poetic tonight to remember how it goes. ^_^
Okay, all caught up here now. Heading home. Hopefully to have something yummy for dinner. We shall see. *G* It was freezing cold yesterday, and warmed up today. However, today it's pouring buckets. Joy. I hate driving at night in the rain. Not fun. Oh well. It'll be worth it. heh. Tomorrow=TGIF!!!! So glad.
